“I love to help people achieve goals that they didn’t think they could achieve. To see the human body do amazing tasks through physical fitness is incredible and to show people their potential and help them use that potential and apply it is truly why I love what I do.”
“I like that I’m challenged everyday because of the diversity of people I get to work with. I’ve designed workouts for an 84 year old marathon runner, a 75 year old patient with parkinson’s, a high school athlete trying to return to the game, a patient with fibromyalgia… the list goes on and on. I love the challenge to help different people at all walks of life be successful and achieve their goals.”
“Seeing a patient who had been debilitated by fibromyalgia deadlift 125 lbs and jump (box jump) to a height that was in line with mid thigh for her height.”
“I love interior design and used to stage homes in North Carolina. I also hold the NCAA record for most consecutive serves for volleyball. I was a national champion in trampoline as a gymnast in 1997 and I love to cook, bake, and host for my family every sunday for family dinner.”
