As the Patient Care Coordinator, Jennifer acts as a patient-physician liaison by communicating with referring physicians and other health care professionals involved in the care of our patients. By providing this level of service, we ensure our referring physician’s are informed and are up to date with our patient’s progression towards desired treatment goals. Communication with referring physicians begins with the very first patient visit and continues through to discharge. Jennifer ensures that our patients get the very best care for what they need. For that purpose, she makes herself available to patients who may have other concerns such as with scheduling or understanding insurance benefits.
